IS LOVE BLIND?

There are several articles written about Love, especially those which refer to it as being blind …like the scales of justice! It makes us vulnerable …we make mistakes. We choose the wrong partners because we are in love…we ignore infidelity…we forgot betrayal….we commit crimes…we commit suicide…we wage war…all in the name of Love! There are facts facing us showing that something is wrong…there are people’s reaction telling us that something is out of line. but we still choose to ignore it….just because we are in love! We live in the same homes, share the same bed, but still there is no connection simply because we are not blood relation who can (in our minds ) never do wrong! You spend your life looking for that wonderful emotion but it never comes . We are at the end of the blood relation line . Maybe we should start caring for ourselves. That’s life. What a shame! At the same time, we should also think about other equally important emotions…like trust , sincerity and honesty! Is the love of a viper more important than the honesty of a snail? Doesn’t love cause misunderstandings when we don’t fully express all that we feel? Of course it does! So it’s time , once again, to reflect on the question,,,,is Love really blind? But Love is an emotion. How can it be blind? It does not have ears nor eyes! It dwells in the hearts of people. So it boils down to this…it’s the people who are blind,,,,not Love. The people are the ones making the mistakes , and putting all the blame on beautiful , innocent Love! What a shame. Accept your mistakes and move on! You can never hide. GRAB WHATEVER YOU WANT, AS TIGHTLY AS YOU CAN,,,YOU WILL ALWAYS BE SWEPT AWAY AND BE DEVOURED BY TIME!!!
