Digging one hole to fill another is no good and not advisable….but what about using (not replacing) one emotion to cover another? Can that be done? I say YES! On several sad occasions, i get myself distracted intentionally, and feel as if i am just on the fence looking at a scene…there is no sadness in me..even at funerals,just fleeting moments of that!..i love being alone but i’m not lonely. Remember , the covered emotion is still there…it is not gone…it has not been replaced !Doing things this way can really mess you up or make you stronger to face harsh reality! M.O.
